Gitcon 2024 Photos
Thank you to everyone who attended GITCon 2024! We hosted over 110 girls in grades 6-8 from across the Greater Toronto Area. The day featured a keynote speech by Dr. Dafna Sussman, Associate Professor in Biomedical Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University, followed by an exciting array of workshops and women in tech panels. Every girl received a tote bag filled with merch and had the chance to win prizes including a Deloitte office tour, Logics Academy workshop and Girls Make Games summer camp spot. A special thank you to all the presenters, speakers and volunteers who made this event possible.
